What are inside the Guided Meditation Series?

How does the meditation work in this series?

Each guided meditation consists of 2 main parts. First, it would guide you to connect with your breath, be aware of space and sensation in your body. Once you feel calm and centered, you’ll be guided to experience and contemplate on different topics, such as:

  • seeing beyond your fear,
  • meditation on peace, calm & strength,
  • contemplating on fear and courage,
  • the inner experience of positivity,
  • how to be with what is when we feel fear and uncertainty,
  • expanding peace and healing from within to the world around us.
